Notice on SADeaf counter / walk-in and Hearing Care Center service on Friday, 1 July 2022
Please note there will be only one staff on duty at the SADeaf counter and Community Service (CS) department on Friday, 1 July 2022. Please avoid coming down for walk-in services as much as possible.

The Hearing Care Center will be closed on Friday, 1 July 2022. All clients with prior appointments have been informed.
This is for the safety of clients and staff. One of our CS department staff had tested positive for Covid-19 on 30 June 2022 evening, and had close/prolonged contact with staff in these departments earlier that day.
All affected clients and staff had been informed and would do self monitoring. All affected staff would be working from home during this time. (Note the staff on duty at the CS counter on 1 July had no contact with the Covid-positive staff.)
