Learn how to improve your customer Service Skills at our complimentary fun learning workshop!

 

Customer service is a critical skillset if your daily job scope entails working and communicating with people. It is therefore important for you to build on your customer service skills in the workplace.

 

A one-day complimentary workshop has been organised with leading training provider, Kaplan Professional (Part of Kaplan Learning Institute) for you to learn how you can be build up customer experience for service excellence.
